Passport Collection Guidelines:
We recommend that you check the status of your application prior to your visit to the Centre for collection - either using our online tracking facility on this website or by calling our contact Centre.
You can also sign up for our SMS messaging service at the time of submission and receive a text on your mobile phone as soon as your passport is ready for collection

Please read the following guidelines carefully

For Applicants:
All applicants have  to present the original payment receipt to collect the passport

For Relatives or Representatives:
Representatives / Relatives may collect passports on behalf of the applicant by presenting the original receipt and a signed authorization letter from the applicant with representative’s details.

Only the passport holder can give authorization and not the sponsor/ employer or any other authority.

For minors (below 18 years):
If a parent would like to collect a passport of a child (under 18 years); he/she needs to submit a signed authorization letter from the other parent along with the original receipt.
